Adopting amendments to sections 5.2 and 5.4 of Port Commission Resolution 3028 and repealing section 1.2, subsections 1.5(2)(a)(i-ii) and (b), amending sections 1.1, 1.4, 1.5, subsections 1.3(l) and (2), 1.5 (3-5) adopting a new section 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5(2) (a-b), (3-8) of Port Commission Resolution 321 1 and amending the basic procedural framework governing State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) administrative appeal rules and procedures and adopting new Port SEPA appeal procedures.
