Resolution 3532

Authorizing a tri-party agreement between the Port, the State of Washington and The City of Seattle providing for the exchange of real property interests; amending Unit 20 (Terminal 115) of the Comphrehensive Shceme of Harbor Improvements of the Port of Seattle, declaring certain real property surplus and no longer needed for port district purposes and authorizing its conveyance to the State of Washington; further amending Unity 20 to add certain real property conveyed to the Port of Seattle by the State of Washington; authorizing the Port of Seattle to enter into a permanent easement over property owned by the State of Washington; and further authorizing the grant of certain permanent easements over the Port of Seattle property to the State of Washington for uses related to the First Avenue South Bridge.
