Authorizing Chief Executive Officer to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the Cities of Des Moines and SeaTac, Washington State Department of Transportation and King County to fund, construct, operate and maintain the capital projects necessary to implement the Des Moines Creek Basin Plan and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute future, administrative amendments to the Interlocal Agreement.
