Resolution 3504

Authorizing the issuance and sale of special facility revenue bonds; authorizing the issuance and sale of an initial series of such bonds in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $140,000,000, for the purpose of financing or refinancing all or a portion of the costs of a fuel storage and distribution system at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport; fixing the forn and certain terns for such bonds; approving certain protective covenants; appointing a trustee; authorizing the execution and delivery of a lease of the fuel storage and distribution system; providing for the issuance of special facility revenue bonds in the future on a parity of lien therewith; authorizing the execution and delivery of a bond purchase contract for an initial series of bonds and delegating authority to approve the final terns and conditions of the bonds under the terns of such bond purchase contract; and providing for continuing disclosure.
