Authorizing the Executive Director to (a) enter into an Agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for construction of SR519 Phase 1 and commencing design of Phase 2; (b) approve project cost changes up to a 15% increase in Port share costs; and (c) authorize a total Port of Seattle contribution of $9,000,000 including staff resources.
