Authorize the Executive Director to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the Port of Seattle and Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) regarding the relocation of the existing 36 inch water system pipeline from its current east-west alignment paralleling 160th Street to within the limits of the proposed relocated 154th/156th Street alignment.
