Authorizing the Executive Director to enter into an Agreement with the Washington State Department of Transportation providing for an expansion of the existing State Route 509/South Access Environmental Impact Statement to include alternative analysis and environmental documentation for inclusion of the Airport Link Roadway and approve cost changes under the Agreement up to a 15% increase in Port share costs; and authorizing a Port contribution of $236,500.
