Authorizing sale of Subordinate Lien Revenue Notes (Commercial Paper) in a series from time to time in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $100,000,000 for the purpose of financing and refinancing capital improvements within the Part and for working capital and for paying maturing revenue notes of the same wire and/or reimbursing the credit providers for advances made therefore; providing a method of documenting the dates, forms, terms, maturities, and interest rates of each series of such note, authorizing the execution and delivery of b bank reimbursement note. approving the form of and authorizing the execution, delivery and performance of various agreements relating to said nota. and making certain other covenants and agreements with respect thereto.
