Reaffirming adoption of a Master Plan Update for STIA authorizing construction of a new dependent air carrier runway, an expansion of the existing parking garage, and a new north employee parking lot in accordance with the Master Plan Update, and reaffirming commitments to fulfill additional noise reduction measures in accordance with Puget Sound Regional Council Resolution A-96-02.
