The demonstration has been cleared from the Airport Expressway and it is slowly reopening. Please continue to allow extra time to reach the airport and stay in touch with your airline for specifics about your flight.
4:11 p.m.
Vehicles in the expressway are being towed, but the expressway to SEA Airport is still blocked. Travelers are encouraged to find alternate routes (like drop off at light rail stations) and check in with their airlines. The SEA Airport garage is offering 30 minutes free parking to pick up/drop off passengers.
3:05 p.m.
A demonstration has closed the airport expressway leading to SEA Airport. Travelers coming to the airport are urged to use alternate routes or take light rail and public transit. We will post updates as they’re available.
