Amending the Terminal 86 portion of Unit 20 of the Port's existing Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements to include portions of the proposed construction drawings for a new fishing pier and related facilities, and providing for the construction and operation of the fishing pier and related facilities in accordance with an Interlocal Agreement and Modification thereto between the Port of Seattle and the State of Washington, Department of Fisheries.
