Main terminal utilities are typically serviced by the Port. Facilities outside the main terminal (external facilities) may be serviced by the Port or a third party utility provider. A report of your utility services and utility service providers along with appropriate contact information will be provided to you by your Property Manager during the lease negotiation process.
