Description
An Order of the Port of Seattle Commission providing for a ‘Exceptional Performance ’ (3.5% plus a 1% lump sum) rating of the Executive Director based on performance in 2025 - thus increasing the current base salary of the Executive Director, Steve Metruck, effective March 1, 2026, by $18,153 per year and a one-time lump sum payment of $5,187; and providing for a 2.0% cost-of-living increase provided to Port Employees in 2026 regardless of performance increase and effective February 1, 2026, in the amount of $10,170; for a total base salary increase of $28,323.
