Authorizing the General Manager, Airfield Line of Business, to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the Port and the Highline School District providing for Port funding of a study to measure noise levels, design acoustical treatments and determine the costs of those treatments in 15 District schools impacted by aircraft noise from operations at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
