Making connections is a foundation of business success. Today’s small business owner must always be searching for new opportunities and putting their best foot forward when new customers are on the horizon. Our Diversity in Contracting team has been busy this summer and fall hosting, as well as participating in a number of events in the community as part of its efforts to ensure WMBE businesses are aware of opportunities at the Port, have the knowledge and resources that they need to successfully pursue those opportunities, and most importantly, have the opportunity to make connections with potential customers and collaborators.
