Oktoberfest and business travelers now get twice a week seasonal service at Sea-Tac Airport
June 21, 2017

The Port of Seattle today welcomed Condor Airlines’ new nonstop seasonal service to Munich, Germany with the inaugural flight from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

The Port of Seattle Fire Department greeted the Seattle-made Boeing 767 with the traditional water cannon salute as it arrived to Sea-Tac Airport. The new, twice-weekly seasonal service features a 259 seat Boeing 767 with three classes of service — business, premium economy and economy.

Munich adds to Condor’s service expansion from Sea-Tac, which extended existing Frankfurt service to year-round flights. Sea-Tac has become Condor’s largest U.S. gateway along with Las Vegas. Earlier this year, Condor became a mileage partner with Alaska Airlines, allowing passengers to earn and redeem with Alaska’s Mileage Plan.
