Sea-Tac Airport Welcomes New American Express Centurion Studio Lounge

June 30, 2015

The Port of Seattle welcomes the opening of the American Express Centurion Studio, the latest addition to the growing lounge network at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The Centurion Studio is located across from Gate B3 and is open to American Express Platinum Card and Centurion Members.

“We are delighted to have American Express bring this new airport lounge concept to Sea-Tac”, said Mark Reis, Managing Director of Sea-Tac Airport. “With this opening, there are now seven lounges across the airport to serve and accommodate our airport’s growing passenger levels.”

“Many of our Platinum Card Members travel and enjoy the lounges so often that we wanted to bring this unique lounge experience to more places, including airports with smaller available spaces,” said Lisa Durocher, Senior Vice President of Charge Cards and Benefits, American Express. “Just like The Centurion Lounge, The Centurion Studio offers great food and beverages in a comfortable setting to relax and recharge.”

The Centurion Studio at Sea-Tac brings all the comfort, design, quality and convenience of The Centurion network of lounges, but in a smaller setting. The Centurion Studio offers its members numerous amenities including comfortable seating, charging stations, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and Seattle-inspired light bites, wine, beer and artisanal beverages.

Platinum Card, Centurion Members, and their immediate family (spouse or domestic partner and children under 18 years of age) or one travel companion, can access the lounge daily between 5:00 a.m., and 10:00 p.m. The Centurion Studio does not sell one-day passes.
