Goods and Services Procurement Process

These goods and services are purchased through the following types of methods:

  • P-Card – purchasing card
  • One-time purchase order to a supplier for purchase of a specific good and/or services
  • Contracts for recurring fixed price contract
  • Blanket Order Contracts: Agreements whose primary purpose is to provide an efficient method of acquiring small dollar item dollars
