Flight Corridor Management Program

The Port of Seattle maintains clear and safe flight corridors for aircraft takeoffs and landings. This ongoing program identifies and removes obstructions, like trees, in accordance with FAA regulations. The Port is committed to protecting the environment and will continue to meet or exceed all federal, state, and local regulations. Work to remove, replant, and restore native forests is scheduled to start in 2026 and continue through 2027.
