The Great Job! Scratch Tickets are a companion to our High 5! employee recognition program. These scratch tickets are to celebrate the SEA Stars (any airport worker) who go above and beyond in the work they do at the airport. Great Job Scratch Tickets recognize the full spectrum of effort that helps create a 5‑star experience, whether front‑of‑house or behind the scenes, such as safety, security, cleanliness and general courtesy and kindness to travelers and other workers.
How does it work?
This program is especially useful for Port teams who work closely with tenant employee groups with a simple, meaningful way to acknowledge the SEA Stars that are part of the airport's one workforce, shining together. Any badged employee is eligible to receive a scratch ticket.
Prior to giving out a scratch ticket, check one of the recognition category boxes on the back. The cards are small enough to carry around for on the spot recognition. Learn more about when to share a Great Job! scratch ticket.
How are they redeemed?
Bring your scratch ticket to one of the customer Information Desks located next to Checkpoint 3 or on Concourse A. The Info Desks are staffed daily until 9 p.m. The Pathfinder on duty will collect your scratch ticket and ask for your name and your employer. You will get a couple of choices to pick a SEA branded thank you gift!
