Description of Artwork

Bubhub is composed of a variety of micro-fluidic systems. Watching these bubbles can be simultaneously beautiful and metaphorical. Their satisfying and calming motion conjures associations with traffic and queuing. Groups of bubbles create orderly arrangements and as they travel down channels and neatly organize to fill spaces. As travelers in the airport wait in lines and congregate in spaces, they may identify with and take comfort from the bubbles, seeing them as a metaphor for the human condition.
