This pilot program launched in 2025 by the Aviation Project Management Group (AVPMG), with a goal to recognize high-performing small and diverse businesses. Nominations are made by AVPMG staff across multiple award categories. They are then evaluated by the Change team review panel against various classifications such as, exceptional work, innovation, and partnership. Finally award winners are chosen and celebrated at an end of the year event in partnership with Diversity in Contracting.
