Wings for All®

The Arc of King County, in partnership with United Airlines, the Port of Seattle, and TSA, is excited to announce the next Wings for All® event on Saturday, October 17 2026.

This special first-timer event is designed for two participants per family: an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability (autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome etc.) and one accompanying guest. Space is extremely limited and will fill quickly, so we strongly encourage you to be ready to register as soon as registration opens.

Please note: all participants 18 years of age and older will need a Real ID to participate.

Wings for All® is a unique airport rehearsal created to reduce the stress often associated with air travel. Participants will move through the complete airport experience, receiving boarding passes, checking bags, passing through security, boarding an aircraft, and potentially taxiing on the runway to simulate takeoff and landing. 

In addition, the program provides airport, airline, and TSA professionals with an opportunity to observe, engage, and deliver services in a supportive, structured learning environment.
