Employee Recognition

Health and Safety Director Manette Moses poses with her fellow employees at the quarterly Service Award luncheon.

Recognizing employees for their contributions, commitment, and service to the Port and the public is an important part of our Total Rewards program and our overall culture. Recognition may be individual or team-based and can be formal or informal, tangible or intangible. It can range from a simple note of appreciation from a manager to an employee, up to our organization's most prestigious events and awards.

Managers and employees looking for specific administrative details about the Port's approach to employee recognition should visit HR's Compass site.

The Port of Seattle is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V and is committed to diversity in the workplace.
