Choose from a mix of local faves and nationally beloved brands to savor along with unbeatable airfield views, ample seating, and new space for music and art.
This Upgrade SEA project, C Concourse Expansion, adds four new floors and over 200,000 square feet to the original building and will be ready to welcome travelers from around the world during this summer’s global soccer competition. Bite Society

Founded in 2020, Bite Society set out to make packaged food that reflects the spirit of the cooks in its Seattle kitchen — delicious, tattooed, independent, and local. Today, Bite Society (80% women-owned!) makes cookies, snack mixes, nuts, teas, pickles, potato chips, mustard, chile crisp, and bagged candy packaged in collectible tins (designed by a local tattoo artist)! Their SEA Airport location marks its expansion from its Pike Place Market stall and online store to reach an audience of airport travelers. At SEA, pause at The Cookie Parlor wall — a floor-to-ceiling display of cookie tins — or browse The Merchery for shirts, stickers, posters, and more.
Buffalo Wild Wings GO
Now you can visit your favorite wings restaurant chain without even leaving the airport. Buffalo Wild Wings GO offers a quick-serve-focused version of the popular restaurant featuring favorites like classic wings, boneless wings, chicken tenders, sauces and seasonings. On the side, you can have fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks, plus local beer and wine. Ordering will be more convenient than ever with several options: in person, online, via app, or through self-serve kiosks for fast pickup.
Chili’s
The beloved international restaurant chain with a cult following got its start in 1975 as a fun Dallas burger joint with a loyalty to happy hour and blue jeans. To this day it’s known for its devotion to great food, warm hospitality, and community spirit. Make a stop before your flight for a Big Mouth Burger, fajita, or Chicken Crisper Combo.
Great State Burger
Visit PNW favorite Great State Burger and choose from organic burgers, veggie burgers, local fried cod sandwiches, vegan cod sandwiches, milkshakes, vegan milkshakes, crinkle-cut fries, onion rings, corn dogs, all-day breakfast, and a kids menu designed for the pickiest of eaters. Ingredients are sourced from local producers, including beef from Pure Country Farms in Ephrata and organic dairy from Strauss, a woman-owned dairy farm in California. Corn dogs are made from Three Sisters Meats on Whidbey Island.
Nanny’s BBQ
Nanny’s, a Northwest BBQ Joint, brings a Seattle twist to classic Southern barbeque, blending flavors inspired by the city’s Chinatown International District. The menu ranges from slow-smoked brisket and pulled pork to chili-lime shrimp, ramen, macaroni and cheese balls, fresh salads, and house-made desserts — all crafted with locally-sourced ingredients.
Olympia Coffee
Olympia Coffee’s humble beginnings started in 2005 at an unmarked warehouse in downtown Olympia, before expanding to Seattle and Tacoma, and now SEA Airport. Its success is grounded in its quality-of-life mission, which has led to direct trade partnerships with coffee farmers worldwide. These relationships — combined with a scientific understanding and detailed approach to roasting and preparing coffee — allows it to unlock the amazing flavors inherent in each coffee that it has become known for.
Port of Subs
Port of Subs has been slicing made-to-order sandwiches for over 50 years, growing to 145 locations, and is now expanding to SEA. Stop in for freshly sliced, top-quality meats and cheeses, freshly baked breads, signature hot subs, wraps, salads, breakfast options, or baked desserts.
Seattle Macaron Co.
Family-owned Seattle Macaron Co. will brighten up the C Concourse with its welcoming shop displaying rows of vivid, delicate macarons crafted by small local bakeries from around the region. The shop partners with local artisans to source the very best small batch macarons. The family sees their role as curators — lifting local talent while sharing the flavors of the Pacific Northwest with the world. Take a peek at the display case for a macaron selection that changes with the seasons, featuring flavors inspired by the area’s landscapes, weather, and culinary heritage.
Wanderlust
Stop in Wanderlust for a craft cocktail, sink into that cozy, sophisticated space, and let yourself be transported away from the airport bustle through global flavors and artisanal mixology. Whether you’re waiting for takeoff or enjoying a moment between flights, each drink offers a balance of bright, smooth, and uplifting flavors designed for guests in motion.
