Savor the Holiday SEAson

Your vacation starts at the airport, and after this year, we want to help you stress less during holiday travel at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).  

Even in the hustle and bustle, knowing where to snag a taste of the holiday SEAson makes your trip feel predictable, welcoming, and even festive.  

The dining and retail tenants at the airport share in our warm holiday wishes with this guide for where to find your favorite seasonal flavors like eggnog, peppermint, nutmeg, cinnamon, cranberry, and gingerbread.  

Evergreens, Central Terminal 

Locally-based Evergreens for salads, grain bowls and wraps created five seasonal salads on the menu with Much Ado About Stuffing, Tropic Like It’s Hot, Chaatline Bling, Where’s Waldorf, and The Beet Goes On(ion). Bonus! Evergreens is giving back to organizations that support people experiencing homelessness in Seattle by donating $1 of every “Much Ado About Stuffing” salad sold between Nov. 10 and Dec. 7. This salad is made with romaine, spinach, paprika-roasted carrots, celery, balsamic mushrooms, aged parmesan, garlic croutons, dried cranberries, sage spice mix, caramelized onion vini, and turkey.  

Lucky Louie Fish Shack, Central Terminal  

Just in time for the holiday season this women-owned and -powered eatery is offering its signature Waffle Fish – fish shaped sweet pastry treats – served with Spiced Pumpkin Caramel as a dipping sauce option.

Seattle Chocolate, near Gate C2 

Also a local and woman-owned business, this chocolatier has a strong sourcing and sustainability commitment while producing delicious chocolate bars and truffles. And all chocolates in the holiday collection support the National Wildlife Federation to protect the nature and wildlife illustrated on this year’s packaging! Treats like hot buttered rum, winter orange spice, candy cane crunch, and spiced nuts spread the warmth this holiday with gifts that give back!  

SEA Roast Coffeehouse, near Gate N8 

Newly opened SEA Roast Coffehouse in the N Concourse is serving pumpkin spice lattes and Apple Blasts – apple cider steamed with flavors of caramel apple and topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and ground cinnamon – through the end of November. And if you’re panicking that you can’t find an eggnog latte (you know who you are!), stop by SEA Roast for the Fa La Latte of creamy, sweet eggnog blended with espresso. Starting just in time for Thanksgiving travel are the Ho Ho Mint Mocha, white or dark chocolate and mint syrup melted into steamed milk and espresso and topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermints, and the Spicy Mocha of real chocolate melted into steamed milk and espresso with hints of cinnamon and cayenne. There are assorted holiday pastries sourced from Alki Bakery like pumpkin cream cheese muffins and pumpkin rum raisin bread.  

Lady Yum, near Gate A1  

Lady Yum is a must-taste for macarons at SEA! A local and woman-owned business, there are 15 original flavors that are always available to travelers along with new seasonal flavors to celebrate. Special flavors available only in November are morello cherry, pecan pie, pear frangipane, pumpkin spice, and butterbeer. Look forward to peppermint bark, cherry coconut cordial, gingerbread lemon, pear frangipane, and frosted sugar cookie in December.
