With summer in full swing in the Pacific Northwest, light, fruity flavors and fresh produce might be calling your name. Beyond your local farmers market or your favorite café’s seasonal specials, if you’re traveling this summer, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) has you covered with seasonal menus to help fuel your journey. From fruity cocktails and fresh local produce to Pacific Northwest seafood and vegetarian favorites, here's where to find the flavors of summer before takeoff.

Wanderlust, Near Gate C2
Whether you’re traveling the world or across the country, feed your summer cravings at Wanderlust, serving up a robust menu of fruity cocktails and mocktails, and delicious bites in the C Concourse Expansion.
Sandy Sun, managing member for the Sun Collaborative LLC, owns and operates the newly opened Wanderlust with her sister Nancy and brother Justin; the family has been running businesses at SEA since 1994 (most recently Manchu Wok on the A Concourse). The name ‘Wanderlust,’ which channels that irresistible desire to travel and explore the world, was inspired by Sun’s brother and cousins and their thirst for travel. As a restaurant and bar, Wanderlust is designed to spark that same curiosity and sense of wonder for SEA travelers as they embark on their journeys.
Sun said travelers are drawn to Wanderlust’s bright, modern aesthetic and well-curated selection of food and drinks. For some serious summer vibes, order the Silk Road Lychee Martini, made with vodka, lychee syrup, and freshly squeezed lime juice or the Yuzu Kiss, made with vodka, raspberry puree, lemon juice, simple syrup, and yuzu liquor. On the mocktail side, Taipei Jasmine Fizz is a homage to Sun’s family, originally from Taiwan, and is made with pineapple juice, chilled jasmine tea, simple syrup, and soda water. Or go tropical with the Island Breeze, made with ginger beer, passion fruit puree, fresh lime juice, coconut water, and tajin rim. Pair your drink with a the pretzel charcuterie board, featuring Bavarian pretzel, featuring cured meats, artisanal cheeses, fruit, and dipping sauce.
