Location
The Employee Service Center is located on the mezzanine level of the Main Terminal above Security Checkpoint 4 (Door MT‑6002‑M).
Training Information
- Training is walk‑in only; no appointment is required.
- All security checks must be cleared before attending training.
- Bring a valid, unexpired driver’s license or ID to check in.
- No cell phones, food, or drinks are allowed during training.
Training Cutoff Times
- AMA – 3.5 hours before closing
- AOA – 2.5 hours before closing
- SIDA – 1.5 hours before closing
- STERILE – 1.5 hours before closing
