If you have received a citation, a letter outlining the offense and options will be sent to you via email and mailed to your physical address. If re-training is required as a stipulation, you must bring the letter with you to the Employee Service Center to be allowed to train.
Re-Training is walk-in only. Check in at the Employee Service Center.
