Important Updates as of 5/12/2025

  • CBP SEAL Process: Due to technical issues there are unforeseen changes to the SEAL request process. We are working through this with CBP as quickly as we can and will get clarification out to you.
  • If your employee CLEARED in the last 30 days, they may pick up their badge without an appointment.
  • All services from this point on need to be initiated in the Portal. This includes all RENEWAL authorizations, NEW badge applications, badge edits, and Deactivations.
  • There is a short video tutorial located in the Authorized Signer Portal under “download documents”.
  • Escort Leniency through June 2nd:  We are lifting the 5 times escort restriction until June 2nd, 2025. Please work to get your folks in for badging, but we are providing this cushion in the event we are backed up.
