Description
An order of the Port of Seattle Commission providing for a ‘Exceptional Performance ’ (3.5% plus a 1% lump sum) rating of the Executive Director based on performance in 2024, increasing the current base salary of the Executive Director Steve Metruck, effective March 1, 2025, by $17,196 per year and a one-time lump sum payment of $4,913; and providing for a 3.6% cost-of-living increase provided to Port Employees in 2025 regardless of performance increase and effective February 1, 2025, in the amount of $17,072; for a total base salary increase of $34,268.
