The purpose of the hearing is to consider the issuance by the Port of its Limited Tax General Obligation and Refunding Bonds, Series 2024 A, B, & C (one or more series which may be designated as AMT bonds), in the estimated principal amount of not to exceed $325,000,000 (collectively, the “Series 2024 GO Bonds”).
