Come and meet representatives from the Diversity in Contracting Department and project/division-specific representatives and decision-makers. Port staff will share information about our programs and initiatives, contracting goals, resources for small/WMBE businesses, policies, and procedures, and more!   • About: The Port of Seattle and Northwest Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council (Northwest Mountain MSDC) have collaborated to coordinate and launch The PortGen Accelerator. Highlighted by a series of developmental workshops and mentor sessions, the Accelerator aims at increasing business and contracting opportunities with the Port of Seattle. Classes will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays. This program is hosted by the Northwest Mountain MSDC.

  • About: About: The 7-week series of trainings (SEE SESSIONS BELOW) will cover key projects and professional skills that are essential for effective management of the company. Participants will be introduced to procurement opportunities with the Port of Seattle, networking, and collaboration with peers. All classes will be held on Tuesdays.
