COVID-19 and travel at SEA Airport
Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) is innovating with seamless, touchless travel to improve ease and wellness at the airport. Two pilot programs are testing ways to modernize the passenger experience with SEA Spot Saver, which explores digital reservations for the TSA general screening security checkpoints, and happyhover™, a technology deployed to airline check-in kiosks for travelers to check in and drop off luggage without touching the electronic screens. May 1, 2021 marked the official “Opening Day” of recreational boating here in Seattle. The Port is committed to advancing youth in maritime opportunities and Corinthian Yacht Club's Junior Program provides racing development, youth regattas, summer camps, educational programs, instructor training, and social events for sailors between the ages of five through 21. Five Commissioners, elected at large by the voters of King County, serve four-year terms and establish Port policy.
