SEA “Great Job” Scratch Ticket Program Overview:
We are happy to recognize an addition to the AV Customer Service recognition program; “The SEA “Great Job” Scratch Ticket Recognition Program”!
What is it?
The “Great Job!” Scratch Ticket program is a sister program to the High 5 program.
Where the High 5 program celebrates airport employees who provide amazing customer service, the Scratch program was created to recognize airport employees who do great things around SEA that support an excellent travel experience for our customers but are not directly defined as customer service. These things can include but are not limited to:
Safety, Security, Cleanliness and general Courtesy and Kindness (to customers or other workers).
How does it work?
Port staff will be given scratch tickets, to recognize individuals they observe making the airport a better place. Any airport employee is eligible to receive a scratch ticket. Please note that any customer service recognition should still be recognized through the High 5 program (the recognition form is available here). Prior to giving one out, we ask the presenter, check one of the recognition category boxes on the back of the ticket to help us from a data perspective. The cards were designed to be small enough to be able to be carried around so great work can be recognized immediately.
How are they redeemed?
Once a person receives a scratch off ticket, they should scan the QR code on the back of the ticket to get instructions on how to redeem for a gift of their choice.
To redeem, the ticket must be brought to the Main Information Desk, located next to Checkpoint 3, given to the Pathfinder on duty, who will ask for some very simple, non-intrusive information (the recipient’s department or employer) and will collect the ticket. At that point the awardee will be informed of what gifts are available for them to choose from. Once they make their choice, the Pathfinder will fulfill the request and the transaction is complete.
Tickets are redeemable on Tuesdays and Saturdays at the Main Information Desk, pre-security, near Checkpoint 3, from 9:00am-9:00pm.
Every ticket is a winner and the prizes range from one, up to three SEA branded items.
