Toby David joined the department almost 7 years ago. He will be remaining on B Shift as a Captain.
Einar Mikkelsen made the move to Port of Seattle 10 years ago and he will be moving to C Shift as a Captain.
Jake Young has served with the department for more than 14 years. He will be joining D Shift as a Captain.
