Below are some of the most common questions that passengers ask while traveling through SEA. Contact our customer service team with any questions, comments or concerns. What food options are available at the airport?

We have a variety of dining options at SEA from poke to paninis. You can search and locate your favorite cuisines here on our interactive map. Now you can order food from your phone for quick pick up at select locations and see what’s coming next to SEA. Some of our restaurants have been affected by COVID-19, learn which ones are still serving SEA. Bon Appetit! 

Help! I lost something while at airport, how do I get it back?

Submit a lost property report and our Airport Lost and Found Office can help! If your item was lost on the aircraft you will need to contact your airline directly, but if it was lost at the security checkpoint or in the terminal it will be at our airport lost and found! They’re available daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. by phone at (206) 787-5312 or online.

How much is on-site parking in the garage at the airport?

What are TSA’s Identification Requirements?

TSA will require a Real ID Approved form of identification by October 1st, 2021. You can learn more at id2020wa.com

When should I arrive at the airport?

Arrive two hours before your boarding time for domestic flights and three hours before for international flights. Get here early so you'll have plenty of time to check in, go through security, find your gate, and explore our shops and restaurants! Use our interactive map to find your way around the airport!

How can I get a gate pass?

You can request a gate pass from your airline directly, each airline has their own policy on gate pass requests which usually supports travelers who may need additional assistance. The SEA Visitor Pass Program is a program that lets non-ticketed passengers can sign up to enter the secure side of the airport.

Where is the Link Light Rail Station at the Airport?

Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail Station is available through the terminal’s on-site parking garage on the 4th floor near Alaska Airlines as seen on the SEA Airport/SeaTac Link Light Rail Station Map. You can follow the blue and green walkway to the station or you can enter from sky bridge on International Boulevard. How can I get to my rental car?

All rental car companies are at an off-site facility and is available by a free shuttle 24/7 on the north and south end of the arrivals drive at baggage claim level, only a few minutes away! You can navigate step-by-step directions to the nearest stop with our interactive map.

Where is the app based rideshare pick up area?

 You can find the Uber, Lyft, and WINGZ pick up area in the 3rd floor of the parking garage as seen on the SEA Airport Parking Garage and Ground Transportation Map. You can also navigate with step-by-step directions with our interactive map.

Are there any kid zones at the airport?

To keep the kids entertained, we have our Children’s Play Area near the A gates, next door to Qdoba. If you need a little more assistance locating it, you can navigate step-by-step directions with our interactive map. Nursing suites are available for traveling mothers experience our live music program*, public art, and more (*some of these services are temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19)

How do I get wheelchair assistance?

The airport provides complimentary wheelchair service to and from the Link Light Rail Station, baggage claim, and the parking garage to check-in through Prospect Airport Services, you can call (206) 246-1550 to coordinate pick up! All post-security wheelchair services are provided by your airline directly, please contact your airline carrier to coordinate wheelchair services at SEA.

Do you have curbside check in?

Yes! Curbside Check-In is available on the upper departures drive at the airport for the domestic airlines at SEA such as Alaska, American, Delta, Southwest, and United. More here: https://www.portseattle.org/services-amenities/curbside-check

Does the Airport Lost and Found ship?
Can I buy a SIM Card at the airport?

Where are the Pet Relief Areas at the airport?

SEA has 3 indoor and 2 outdoor Pet Relief Areas https://www.portseattle.org/services-amenities/traveling-pets

What are the checkpoint wait times?

Do I have to take a train to my gate?

Sometimes! You can either take it to get where you need to go faster or if you’re at the N and S Gates you’ll have to take the train. https://www.portseattle.org/blog/users-guide-train-sea-airport#

When is the SEA Visitor Pass Program coming back?

After being unavailable due to COVID-19, SEA Visitor Pass will be returning for use on August 24, 2021!
